Marilyn strongly believes that true healing must address the soul, mind, and body. Besides, she is a certified reiki master and crystal healer who has benefited most clients healing from their lifelong traumas and addictive behavior patterns using energy healing tools such as mindful meditation. Marilyn grew up in a family experiencing generational trauma and alcoholism and experienced trauma and neglect because of the situation. Her upbringing was a challenging one, so she had to minimize herself and her needs to create peace in that environment.

Yoga Practices

Yoga practices engage the soul, mind, and body and help you heal from inner problems, including mental disorders. Yoga is an effective way to help people develop coping skills and create a more positive outlook on life. When Marilyn completed her high school and college education, she relocated to San Diego, where she worked at a teaching university while completing her program. She continued to work for that institution in their eating disorders program until a relationship conflict and personal loss caused her to experience anxiety. 

In 2015, Marilyn was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and ever since, she has taken it as an opportunity to invest in herself by joining a yoga studio. She became obsessed with yoga practices and has completed her 200-hour training to become a yoga teacher. By then, Liberated Well LLC was founded to help people heal from life traumas by accessing the soul, body, and mental wellness resources.
